Hello. I’m U.S. Veteran Mark Spittler GS Extreme T-shirts owner. And what we do at GS Extreme is custom screen printing and we sell T-shirts to people who SELL T-shirts. We’ve been doing this since 2006.
U.S. Veteran Mark Spittler GS Extreme T-shirts
We focus on T-shirts for men, women, and kids. We sell to folks around the country, rock bands, celebrities, small businesses, bars and saloons, biker events, high schools, artists, actors, anyone who is in the businesses of selling T-shirts.
We produce 100 to 1,000 T-shirts for clients and yes, we can do more T-shirts if you give us more time.
About Our T-shirt Printing
So our facility located in Pearl City, Illinois, is where we do all of our T-shirt printing. And we specialize in doing various things for our customers:
- Men’s T-shirts
- Women’s T-shirts
- Tank Tops
- Bandanas
- Koozies
- Rhinestones
- Embroidery
Some of the other things we do include like doing bandanas. And all of our presses, all of our presses, we keep set up for as much workflow and ready to go.
Why? Because a lot of my customers are in the business of selling their merchandise and when they sell out of their product they reorder from us. I think we sell the best T-shirts.
Rush Jobs and Shipping to Site
We do rush jobs and shipping to site because a lot of times people are in a hurry to get T-shirts shipped to their next stops. And we do that for them no matter where in the country or where in the world. This way, they don’t have to travel with boxes of T-shirts. We do rush jobs and shipping to site for busy clients.
And we’re just happy to do business for people that are in that kind of business that can sell stuff. We are happy to make it for them.
Manual Printing for the Highest Quality T-shirts
So we got a lot of little small presses. We do manual printing for the highest quality T-shirts here. We have the capability of an older automatic upfront we’ll get to at the end but most of our printing is done on just manual presses.
I’ll just briefly kind of reiterate that we have a lot of presses here. On one little press here we do a lot of these can and bottle koozies and most of the time people add them to their T-shirt orders.
Anyway like I said we’ve got a lot of manual presses that we set them up for doing certain items that we can kind of come back to and repeat. Like this little press here we do a lot of bottle koozies.
We do a lot of can koozies. And we leave that little press set up. We do garments where we’re printing on the sleeves and we have some of these presses that are set up for the sleeves so that we don’t have to kind of keep changing our pace it makes us a little more efficient.
With a small shop like we are, it makes us a little more efficient which is good for our customers. And over here is the same kind of thing.
We Specialize in T-shirts
We do we like to specialize. One thing we do is we do a lot of work for ladies so it’s one thing a lot of people want to sell a t-shirt but at the same time they don’t want to make a tank top but we make tank tops and V-necks and we’ll have a couple different size screens for imprint location and stuff.
So as we’re going through that’s what that’s all about. And we got to get our customer orders. And each one of these it’s kind of a shame we don’t have more stuff going on here so you can watch it today but that’ll come that’ll come.
A T-shirt Can Build a Business
And then what another thing that we’d like to start to do for our customers is what we’re doing is we’re actually putting their names on a shirt and help design their brand. A T-shirt can build a business.
So if you have a brand or you want to start a brand and sell it or sell a new line we’re more than glad to print the name on there and go on from there. We walk you through every step until you’re happy.
But our customers vary. We also got the capabilities to do rhinestones.
And we do some outsourcing of our embroidery work but what we do when we outsource work is we don’t get in the middle and we don’t try to make money off of that we just kind of facilitate our customers and they get the same price that we’re paying for the stuff like that.
We’ve got lots of screens that we keep on file.
Other companies kind of always do a lot of washing and reclaiming but as long as these screens and the impressions hold up for them we keep them in here and then if we’ll have to remake a screen sometime we’ll remake a screen.
But we were just in the Chicago area doing a screen for the Blackfoot Band and we helped them sell their shirts at the concert Thursday night. We don’t do that for everyone but they’ve been a client for a long time and we like to see them do well.
